Instructional and eLearning Designer

Concept Project

This concept project raises employees’ awareness of Ethics Code of Conduct & Conflicts of Interest by simulating real-life ethical dilemmas they may encounter in their work.


  • Target Audience - Employees and Managers within organizations.
  • My Responsibilities - Instructional Design, eLearning Development.
  • Tools Used- Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Vyond and Powerpoint.  

The Design Process

I designed and developed this project with the following steps:


  1. Meet with the SME to discuss objectives, expectations, timeline. 
  2. Designing the Visual Mockups
  3. Writing the Script / Text - based Storyboard
  4. Record the Voice Narration or utilize AI Voice Generator
  5. Designing the Interactive Prototype
  6. Finalizing and Publishing the Project
  7. Get Feedback to make necessary improvements
